SHIPPING

All packages ship in a secure padded bubble mailer or box from Hamilton, Ontario using either Canada Post (Tracking & Insured) within Canada, or Chit Chats Express (Tracking & Insured) to the United States.

As many of my items are made specifically for you upon ordering, processing time can take between 3-7 business days for each order.

Delivery with both Canada Post and Chit Chats Express can take between 3-5 business days, sometimes longer for rural area deliveries. Please allow excess time for deliveries around the holiday season and around stat holidays - I have no control over the speed of the postal service once a package leaves my studio. Please take delivery times into consideration when placing your order.
