Shipping & Returns
All packages ship in a secure padded bubble mailer or box from Hamilton, Ontario using either Canada Post (Tracking & Insured) within Canada, or Chit Chats Express (Tracking & Insured) to the United States. As many of my items are made specifically for you upon ordering, processing time can take between 3-5 days for each order. Delivery with both Canada Post and Chit Chats Express can take between 3-5 business days, sometimes longer for rural area deliveries. Please allow excess time for deliveries around the holiday season and around stat holidays - I have no control over the speed of the postal service once a package leaves my studio. Please take delivery times into consideration when placing your order.

Please email me before returning an item so that I know to expect it.
Online store items can be returned for a refund - minus the shipping costs - within 14 days in the original shipping packaging or something comparable. All refunds will be processed through the original method of payment once the package arrives safely back to my studio. Any damage due to improper packaging of the returned item will be deducted from the total refund cost.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON CUSTOM OR PERSONALISED JEWELLERY.
If you receive an item that is damaged upon delivery, please email me within 7 days and we will discuss replacement or repair options. Repair vs replacement is done on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the damage to the item.
If you ordered an item and it is the wrong size or style (ring size, chain length, earring hook type) and would like to exchange it for the correct size, Please email me within 7 days to discuss exchange options. THERE IS NO EXCHANGING JEWELLERY THAT HAS BEEN WORN.
